About Master Lift Foundation

Three decades in, we still measure twice and trust our hands to do the work right.

How This Started

I went into this business 30 years ago because I believed there was a better way. I saw homes and buildings treated like production numbers instead of places where families lived and worked. I decided to do it differently—to build a company around the idea that every detail matters, and that the people doing the work should care as much as the people living with the results.

We started as a foundation repair shop in Tulsa County, and over three decades, we expanded because people kept asking us to solve problems beyond the concrete. A crawlspace issue led to encapsulation. Drainage problems led to grading and retaining walls. Structural concerns led to steel pier installation and mudjacking. Each service came because a homeowner or business owner had a real problem, and we had the skills and attention to solve it properly.

What surprised me was how interconnected everything is. A foundation issue isn't just about concrete. It's about water, structure, the ground beneath, the walls above. That insight shaped everything we do now. It's why we're both manufacturer and installer. When we build something, we understand the material from the ground up, literally.

'Attention to detail isn't about perfectionism. It's about respect—for the material, for the space, and for the people who will use it when we're gone.'

— Owner, Master Lift Foundation

What We've Built On

Attention to detail isn't just our tagline—it's how we survive. On a foundation repair job, a missed crack means water returns in three months. On a custom cabinet installation, a quarter-inch matters when someone opens that drawer 10,000 times. We've learned that the unsexy work—measuring three times, checking elevations twice, sourcing the right material instead of the cheap one—is what separates a repair that lasts from one that fails.

We're a family-owned and operated company, which means accountability isn't theoretical. The people working on your crawlspace or painting your addition have relationships in this community. That matters. We're not franchised, we're not national, and we don't disappear after the job is done. We live here, our families live here, and our reputation is tied to the work we do in Tulsa County every single day.

Being a manufacturer and installer gives us a rare advantage. We understand the structural and material side in ways a contractor who just orders everything can't. When we design a steel pier system or recommend polyurethane foam injection, it's not because it fits a vendor relationship—it's because we've tested it, we make parts of it, and we know it works in Oklahoma soil and climate. That integration is why our solutions hold.

Working With Us

When you call us about a foundation problem, basement waterproofing need, or a new room addition, you're talking to people who've been solving these exact issues for decades. We'll look at what's actually happening, not just what you think the problem is. We'll explain it plainly. And we'll show you options that make sense for your situation, not just for our bottom line.

This is a long game for us. We want you to trust us with your home or business, and then recommend us to your neighbor. That trust is built by doing what we say we'll do, showing up when we say we'll show up, and taking as much care with your project as we would our own.

If you have a structural concern, a wet basement, or any project where the details really matter, reach out. We're here to help.
